St. Anne's is involved with outreach in three countries outside the United States: Haiti, Kenya and Malawi.
St. Anne's is working with Partners in Health in a recently formed partnership with Christ Church Andover to support the new Centre de Formation Fritz LaFontant, a center for innovation in agriculture and building in Corporant, Haiti. Learn more on Christ Church's website; scroll to "Christ Church Haiti Mission." We are exploring an adult mission trip in 2012, and also selling artwork by young Haitians and silk scarves by women artists in Matenwa on Lagonav Island. Learn more about Matenwa.
Through the Episocpal Diocese of Massachusetts, St. Anne's contributes to the orphan feeding program in Kenya. Learn more about the Diocese's outreach in Africa, including the Maseno feeding program.
A non-profit partner of Episcopal Relief & Development, Love's Harvest is dedicated to helping the rural poor of Malawi grow on their own land.
The Rev. Kate Malin and parishioner John Kania joined three others in the summer of 2010 on a two-week mission trip to Malawi in Southeast Africa and visited Karonga Village, site of St. Anne's Mothers' Day Garden.
