What is Vestry and how does it work?

The Vestry is a group of lay leaders that meets once a month and governs the parish. There are four officers (Senior Warden, Junior Warden, Clerk and Treasurer) and several members; each member serves as liaison to a parish commission.

Each year, a Nominating Committee solicits names from parishioners and creates a final slate of nominees. At the Annual Meeting in February, parishioners vote and elect Vestry members to three-year terms.
